Neelima firmly believes that if you have a passion or a dream, you can do that anywhere. Things aren’t always easy, but you just have to keep going and don’t let the small stuff bog you down.. Keep going! Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Tough situations will build you strong. As you grow corporate ladder, you will constantly observe hurdles, challenges, stay strong & don't give up - Speak Up, Sit at the table. We must have zero tolerance for bad behaviour.
To all my dear women colleagues, you would need to shift from thinking “I am not ready to do that” to thinking “O want to do that – and I’ll learn by doing it.
#Confidence is all in your head, and it’s your responsibility to build it. Reflect on your goals, #EmbraceChallenges because overcoming them is something to be celebrated, as well as your successes.
When you #LoveYourself, you invest in yourself with your time, energy, and money, and this is the sort of investment with an amazing #ROI. Stop being someone else. #BeYou! If you are struggling in your career despite your amazing education and expertise, - #Don’tGiveUp
#BeFearless, Being fearless is your superpower. There may be moments in your life when people underestimate your ability, and you might even have a moment of self-doubt. Use these moments to gain the Strengths you need to take a risk & don't be afraid to learn new things.
