With the support of the Women in Tech (WIT) community and an overwhelming response, we began featuring special guests on our podcast in 2023. We invite passionate women from various fields including tech, sales, marketing, finance, business, academia, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and more. Our goal is to explore their journeys, leadership styles, and successes.

Our guests find the experience of being on our show rewarding for several reasons. Sudha is based out Bay Area, California and has 19 years of experience in Marketing organizations at companies like P&G, PayPal and LinkedIn.


She is currently the Director of Product and Field Marketing for the LinkedIn Talent Solutions business where her team helps employers across the world hire and develop strong talent.


She is also a trained coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, and talent developer.


💜 Rhonda Dibachi is based out of #California the #CEO fearless leader of HeyScottie , an AI-enabled manufacturing services marketplace. She has (co)founded multiple startups in tech including #Noribachi, a US-based lighting manufacturer, #Niku Corporation (NASDAQ:NIKU), a Silicon Valley Professional Services Automation (PSA) software and helped take the company public in 1999 in an IPO lead by Goldman Sachs (acquired by CA, 2005). 


Rhonda also serve as Chair of Inxeption Corp, the leading technology platform for industrial e-commerce.



💜 Gowri Sivaraman is based out of the Bay Area, California, Director of Software Engineeering at Intuit. She is a technologist with over 20 years of experience in Software Engineering. She holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of South Florida and is a proven software development leader.

She specializes in enhancing digital experiences for consumers and small businesses. Her leadership focuses on mentoring and empowering teams, creating a culture of innovation where individuals are motivated to produce their finest work


💜 Myra Minnifield is based out of #Atlanta, USA is a Project Deliver Specialist II with Deloitte Consulting for the past 10 years and ten years of service at Accenture prior to joining Deloitte, she brings a plethora of skills and capabilities to the table. Her value is realized in connecting teams to the right issue driving towards the right solution.


Myra Minnifield’s passion is leading projects to successful implementations by moving the needle every day! Aa a committed Servant Leader who aims to leave your project assets and resources better-off than where she found them, she strives for daily excellence. 


💜 Rashmi Rao, based in Washington, United States.


Rashmi is not just an accomplished entrepreneur and inventor, but also a true trailblazer with over 40 patents. She has a proven track record in the consumer, and healthcare industries,  Rashmi has held Business and Product Leadership roles at companies like Qualcomm, Apple, Harman/Samsung, and Philips, where she continues to drive innovation and sustainability, using technological advances to enhance people's lives.


In addition to her professional achievements, Rashmi is a passionate advocate for STEM, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in the technology sector.

Listed within the Global CIO 100, Cranfield School of Management 100 Women to Watch, CREA Awards Winner, 100 Successful Women in Business and a Power List 100 Keynote speaker. Dax is also recognized as an invitation-only member of the Forbes Technology Council. Dax has held a variety of influential CIO and COO positions including CIO, Global Operations, and HSBC. With significant remits in well-regarded organizations,


Being a member of the Forbes Technology Council, She has worked in several senior operational, technology, and commercial positions within a variety of sectors, including financial services experience within both Fintech-focused companies and established global banks.
