SN HER/SHE DIVAS
Built on the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, SN HER/SHE DIVAS honours female leaders in STEM with announcements to highlight their achievements. Our group is composed of multicultural female leaders who are devoted to helping other women succeed and ambitious women leaders who have worked their way to the top of a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Nomination Process
Step 1: Complete the online form to Nominate a DIVA, Nominee will be notified once nominated.
Step 2: Nominee completes Nomination Package.
Step 3: Once qualified and eligible, share the good news that you have been nominated!
Step4: Nominees receive a Spectrum North Awards Nominee Logo to add to your signature, website, LinkedIn, and Social Media platforms.
SN-Her/She DIVAS
In a world where women still face bias and other barriers at work, our Her/She Divas helps others by guiding DIVAS in the making. Comprised of a Stellar group of remarkable women we are committed to supporting us as we provide an action-oriented and encouraging environments for all young and professional women to thrive, and to elevate their leadership and impact.

We are Strong women who is Nimble quick to move or understand, Diverse in nature, Innovative wonder women, Visionary, Ambitious in technology and always curious, Supportive to lift each other.

Nominate DIVAS
You can nominate yourself and/or If you know someone who meets the criteria, please nominate them as a Her/She DIVA. Our committee will evaluate the specifics and notify them if they do qualify as a DIVA. Either way, It is always an honour to be nominated.
SN-Her/She DIVAS Guidance
Our Her/She Divas will provide unparalleled industry and technical guidance to young divas. Whether you need help navigating your new normal at work or are looking for support from women who understand what you're going through, Divas will give you the boost we all need.
Becoming a SN-Her/She DIVA💜
We look at the following criteria when approving someone as a Spectrum North DIVAS

Does this person have greater than 10 years of experience in Technology, STEM, Business, Finance, Accounting leading a team with minimum of 3 years.

Does this person have at least one and/or two industry recognized certifications?

Is this person demonstrating a positive impact on the industry?

Is this person influential in the corporate industry (i.e. speaking engagements, articles, association participation, blogs etc.)
- Is this person mentoring others

You can also pair up with a Her/She DIVA to help advance your personal growth and career.
SN Her/She DIVA, is a great platform to lift each other and celebrate successes.
